Line for PVC pipes up to 250mm

GTS offers three full size PVC pipelines for following dimensions:

• GTS line 1 for PVC pipes up to 63mm
• GTS line 2 for PVC pipes up to 110mm
• GTS line 3 for PVC pipes up to 250mm

Line 1 bases on the extruder GTS 75-28. This is a counter rotating twin screw with screw dimension with 75mm and a L/D ratio of 28.

Line 2 bases on the extruder GTS 75-32. This is a counter rotating twin screw with screw dimension with 75mm and a L/D ratio of 32.

Line 3 bases on the extruder GTS 94-32. This is a counter rotating twin screw with screw dimension with 94mm and a L/D ratio of 32.

These extruders are manufactured in Germany for many years and are, by the time, optimized for application friendly and robust pipe extrusion conditions.

The screws are optimized for pipe application with a wide process window. By your request GTS can deliver special designs for special application. The die is a spider type with optimized flow channels. Five die sets and calibration sleeves are part of the line, the dimension will be manufactured by customer request. Part of the line is one 6m vacuum tank, stainless steel, plus 6m spray tank. The puller for line 1 is a two carterpillar and for line 2 and 3 each a four carterpillar. The cutting with champfering is done by a planetary saw. Final a 6m tilt table is part of the line.
