Hot die face pelletizing system

GTS produces a comprehensive range of hot drop systems specifically designed for the granulation of PVC formulations. These systems are equally suitable for processing soft PVC, rigid PVC, and transparent formulations. Their main advantage lies in the optimized flow guidance and high throughput capacity for a wide range of material output volumes. Moreover, the system can be easily opened and cleaned using a hinge system. The granulating disc is coated with a durable hard material coating to ensure a long life without wear from the blades.

To complement the granulating system, GTS also offers material conveying and cooling. The standard system is designed for throughputs of up to 2.5 tons per hour. A modification for an output of up to 5 tons per hour is available.
