Since 2002, we have accumulated extensive experience in processing C-PVC, leading to a profound understanding of C-PVC processing. This expertise allows us to optimally design our processing units for pipes, profiles, and sheets to meet the individual requirements of our customers. Our systems are used worldwide in various regions and on different machine types from European manufacturers.

Our customers benefit from customized solutions that ensure optimal design of processing units in conjunction with first-class wear protection. With GTS screws, we achieve throughput ranges for C-PVC from an impressive 20 to 760 kg/h in continuous operation.

To meet the specific requirements of C-PVC processing, we increasingly rely on external oil tempering in addition to GTS's internal, self-optimizing tempering. Optionally, GTS offers its customers the maintenance-free GTS oil block, which enables a wide processing window and thus ensures efficient C-PVC processing.
