Pipe heads and mandrel holders

The mandrel holder tools from GTS have long been leaders in pipe manufacturing. Their flow-optimized channels ensure an even wall thickness distribution and excellent melt welding. Moreover, they facilitate effective stress reduction during the process.

Our pipe heads are versatile and are typically used for PVC, but can also be utilized for other plastics. Their application range extends from tubing tools to pressure pipes with diameters up to 400 mm.

For multilayer production, we offer the RCO series, which enables the manufacture of co-extrusion pipes up to 400 mm in diameter. These advanced tools allow for the production of pipes with a foam core or special material combinations and can be operated with two or three extruders.
