We are boosting our production capacities with three new machines

GermanTwinscrewS has recently successfully installed three new machines, marking a significant step for our growth. These state-of-the-art machines, including a table boring mill, an external cylindrical grinding machine, and an NC-controlled lathe, significantly strengthen our production capabilities. With these investments, we are well-equipped to meet the increasing demands of our customers in plastic processing and expand our presence in the petrochemical industry. GermanTwinscrewS has recently taken a significant step towards growth by successfully installing three new machines in our production facilities. This investment marks a pivotal advancement for the company, strengthening our capabilities in plastic processing.

The first machine, a table boring mill weighing approximately 85 tons, is a technological marvel. With a travel range of X=5m, Y=3m, and Z=2m, this machine offers outstanding precision and versatility. Despite challenges posed by limited ceiling height in our hall, our team completed the installation within two weeks. With a table load capacity of 12 tons, this machine will play a pivotal role in our production process. Equipped with CNC control, a 360-degree rotating Y-axis, and a tool changer, it embodies cutting-edge technology.

The second machine, an external cylindrical grinding machine, was carefully selected. Capable of processing products up to 5 meters in length and weighing 17 tons, it is designed specifically for processing highly precise external diameters. The purchase of this machine was personally overseen by our operations manager and CEO to ensure it aligns perfectly with our requirements.

The third machine, an NC-controlled lathe weighing an impressive 20 tons, is an indispensable tool in our manufacturing process. With the ability to process components up to 10 meters in length, it further strengthens our production capacities.
